As our products are freshly prepared food items, refunds and returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Eligible cases will be reviewed and may qualify for replacement or refund at our discretion.
